Our Staff

85% of our staff are qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3, and our Nursery Assistants are currently training to gain their full qualifications.

We strictly adhere to, and often exceed OFSTED regulations for room ratios, with 3 staff in our Baby Room (1:3), 4 staff with our 1-2’s (1:3) and 4 staff in the 2-3’s Room (1:4) at Farm View. The Meadow View ratios are 1:6 for our Cygnets (aged 2½ to 3½) and 1:8 for the older and more capable Swans (3½ to the rising 5's).

All our staff are fully checked and referenced, and hold enhanced CRB disclosures. They are a happy and dedicated team, and thoroughly enjoy the day to day challenges of ensuring the happiness, health and education of the children in their care.
